My Story

Hi! Welcome to the Frequency of Wellness. My name is Nicole, I am a 38 year old SAHM of an rambunctious 18 month old boy. I started my career in health and wellness in 2015 as a registered nurse on a busy trauma step-down unit. In 2019, I transferred for a short time to labor and delivery and that experience really opened my eyes to how interventions can interfere with the natural course of things. I felt complicit in a failing system and started researching holistic health and wellness. This sparked my own awakening and journey to health and allowed me to fall in love with the potential to actually help people make changes to live a healthier life. It is my hope that here you will find knowledge but most of all community and the power to take control of your life.
